Chiropractor Angie Keas D.C.
Dr. Angela Keas is a third-generation Chiropractor. She was raised on the principles of a healthy lifestyle, and she wants to partner with you on your own path toward a pain-free, motion-filled life.
Dr. Keas earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Asbury College in Kentucky and a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Parker Chiropractic College in Texas. She practiced for 10 years in the East Lansing area, and then Dr. Keas took a hiatus from practice to be a full-time mom and a part-time chiropractor. During that hiatus she had the opportunity to regularly guest lecture and consult with Mississippi State University’s Kinesiology Department. She has the privilege of lecturing at state-wide chiropractic seminars, and she has been a consultant to the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners. She enjoys speaking to large or small community groups on a variety of healthy lifestyle topics.
Dr. Keas is glad to be back in practice and working with patients. She loves helping chronic pain sufferers who don't know where else to turn, and she never gets tired of helping ordinary people enjoy the ordinary parts of their lives again. She strongly believes that everyone can benefit from restoring motion to your joints and muscles and from understanding your own body better.
Beth Pryde - Exercise Specialist
Beth C. Pryde is an Exercise Specialist with a Bachelor's Degree from Grand Valley State University in Exercise Science. She has worked in various clinical and health and wellness related fields for 29 years which include: wellness consulting, health and fitness evaluation, exercise prescription and instruction, lifestyle and nutritional counseling, sports rehab, work injury management, ergonomic assessment, and rehabilitation.
Beth has been a long time athlete herself. She enjoys and participates regularly in most outdoor sports including running, biking, rollerblading and kayaking, as well as alpine skiing, snow shoeing and weight training. She enjoys experimenting with food, herbs, and spices to create unique and flavor filled meals without a lot of fuss. Her philosophy is: Good health is fun and full of flavor when the right ingredients come together. Exercise and good nutrition are the basic ingredients. How and what each of us add with regard to the types of activities and food make our unique recipe for healthy living. "I love working one on one with people to figure out what works for them."
